Jason named West Coast representative of the World Korean Politicians Council.
At the World Korean Politicians Forum in Seoul, Jason was selected as the U.S. West regional representative.
In September 2025, Korean elected officials from 10 countries gathered in Seoul for the 11th World Korean Politicians Forum. Jason attended alongside Washington State Rep. Cindy Ryu and SeaTac Councilmember Peter Kwon.
A regional voice
During the forum's closing session, members elected nine regional representatives. Jason was selected to represent the western United States.
Participants discussed language barriers, mentoring the next generation of Korean American leaders and building policy partnerships across borders.
