A year after leading the first recognition, Jason helped celebrate Korean American Day again in 2026.
In January 2026, Korean American Day was celebrated again across the region, including a recognition by the Snohomish County Council on January 13.
Recognition that keeps growing
Jason first helped secure Korean American Day recognition in Mukilteo and Snohomish County in 2025. A year later, he returned as Mukilteo Council President to celebrate it again.
He also joined Korean community leaders at the 19th Washington State Korean American Day ceremony at the Consulate General in Seattle.
